Peter Carre AB. JD - Non Executive Chairman

Mr. Carre has been involved in strategic evaluation, development and implementation of global technology investment opportunities for over 40 years. He is currently chairman of NABInvest Managed Investments Limited, the asset management subsidiary of National Australia Bank; Chairman of PowerSense Limited, whose world leading energy efficiency products provide cost and power reduction solutions in the green building environment; Chairman of the GreenBox Energy Group, a smart energy company whose linked inter-active devices in the home help optimise consumer energy use and reduce utilities’ power requirements; and Director of the Tasmanian Renewable Energy Development Board.


Brian Harcourt - Executive Deputy Chairman

Mr. Harcourt is a co-founder of the Company. He has an extensive background in the formation, business development and international growth of advanced technologies. From 1993 until 2005, he acted as Executive Chairman of the Boston Equities Group, a US investment company providing finance and guidance to start up and emerging growth companies. In 2002 Boston Equities was appointed as Financial Advisor to Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. and Mr. Harcourt assisted OPT in completing an AIM listing on the London Stock Exchange in October 2003. As a Financial Advisor to OPT he also sourced and secured a significant business development contract with a Spanish utility company, Iberdrola S.A., Europe's third largest energy company and the world's leading renewable energy company.

In 2002 Mr. Harcourt was also the co-founder and Vice Chairman of US based Renergy Pacific Corporation which was initially formed with a license from OPT to utilize low cost power from the ocean waves combined with a water desalination process to provide freshwater along the coasts of North and South America. In 2004 this company was merged with the United Kingdom based waste to energy, and water resources company, ReEnergy Group Limited, which listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM Market in December 2005. Mr. Harcourt served as Executive Deputy Chairman of the merged entity until April 2006.

Murray Vitlich - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Vitlich has over 15 years' experience in the management and operations of companies, with a focus on their revenue development and earnings growth, having served 15 years in management and executive roles with Wesfarmers Limited from 1992 to 2006, and two years as Chief Operating Officer of United Group Limited from 2006 to 2008.

During his time at Wesfarmers, Mr Vitlich held senior roles in a variety of businesses, including the Australian Railroad Group (ARG) where he led the management team in the restructuring of a privatised railroad from 2000 up until its sale in June 2006.  At ARG Mr Vitlich held the positions of CFO, COO and later became the CEO in 2005.


Ross Lyndon-James - Executive Director

Mr. Lyndon James has more than 25 years experience in the formation, business development and international growth of advanced technologies in the high-technology sector. His business enterprise enabled him to develop management expertise in leading early stage technologies through various phases of development and commercialization.

Mr. Lyndon James is the co-founder of a number of publicly traded companies in Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom and has held the positions of Chairman, President and CEO in most of these companies.
His most recent public company enterprise was Renergy Pacific Corporation (see above) which he co-founded in 2002. Mr. Lyndon-James was the co-founder and CEO of the Boston Equities Group from 1993 to 2005. As a founding shareholder, he has also served on the board of directors of Ocean Power Technologies, Inc. and as a consultant to that company in the areas of business development and capital raising. OPT listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: OPT) in 2003 raising in excess of $40 million.


Andrew Kent - Non-Executive Director

Mr. Kent is the Chairman and majority shareholder of Aspermont Limited (ASX: ASP), a world leading publisher to the mining, oil & gas and related industry sectors. He joined the board of Aspermont in 1998 and is an experienced business manager with over 30 years experience in the international equities market.


Dominic Redfern - Non-Executive Director

Mr Redfern is the co-founder and Executive Director of Altima Partners LLP, a hedge fund operating in London, Monaco and New York. It currently has over US$ 4 billion in funds under management. He is the portfolio manager of the Altima Global Special Opportunities Fund which specializes in illiquid equity investments and is currently the second largest shareholder in Water Resources Group Ltd.
