Mr Mirams is a chartered accountant with over 20 years of experience in the financial and industrial services industries.  His most recent role was CFO for UGL Limited an ASX100 company.  Prior to UGL Mr Mirams was the CFO for Deutsche Bank's Australia and New Zealand operations.  He spent almost 10 years in London working in Investment Banks and as a management consultant specialising in financial management, organisational design and finance systems implementation.

Robert Campbell - President

Mr. Robert Campbell is Chairman and CEO of Campbell Applied Physics Inc and has over 30 years of business and technology experience, including more than 20 years as a CEO, Staff Scientist and Senior Executive in the high technology sectors of the defense electronics industry. He is a respected expert in defense technology conversion, and served as President and CEO of Advanced Countermeasure Systems Inc. Mr. Campbell is known worldwide as a pioneer in economic seawater desalination. Most recently, he was CEO of Oases International, Ltd. which developed and marketed desalination systems. Mr. Campbell is the developer of several patents in the desalination industry and has extensive international business development experience. He holds science, engineering, and management degrees or certifications from the University of Arizona, Stanford University and Johns Hopkins University.


Bob Fien - Chief Operations Officer

Before joining Campbell Applied Physics, Mr. Fien was the Chief Operating Officer of Oases Global Systems a water desalination company, and has over twenty-five years of experience as a business consultant and practicing attorney providing comprehensive representation to start-up and expanding businesses. Practice areas included intellectual property exploitation, technology licensing, franchise and joint venture structures and operations, employer/employee relations, incentive compensation, enterprise governance, and dispute management and litigation.
